The Guttmacher Institute estimates that there are 62 million women using birth control in the United States. Assuming an average cost of $30.00 per month and that the availability of "free" birth control methods would not increase the number of women using birth control, the cost per year will be in the neighborhood of $22,320,000,000 per year...that's billion with a "B". FREE?
